| screw society. screw the differences between men and women.
i was overcome with an urge to do a heartwarming deed today. i found the contact information of my first grade teacher, Dora Tsuchimoto
and emailed her how much i appreciated her and that she is one of the
reasons i am going into teaching and how much she impacted my
life. i would love to get a note like that.
i got a crush soda in aphio. who sent it to me?!?! tell me!

| here is the most recent recipe i used. it is for garlic chicken. and boy, this was DELICIOUS. and it was by far the easiest recipe i followed. it is basically like Shake'n'Bake, but, homemade. =) enjoy!
1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 cup buttah 6 cloves crushed garlic 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1. preheat oven to 375 degress F 2. melt buttah in a small saucepan with the garlic. 3. dip chicken pieces in the butter and garlic sauce, let it drip, and completely cover it with bread crumbs. 4. place the coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. combine the bread crumbs and the leftover butter and garlic sauce and spoon it over the chicken. 5. bake in the preheated over for 45 minutes to an hour. (i found 45 minutes to be a sufficient amount of time)
i hope you all enjoy this as much as vince and i did! |
